Can you make the V2 model dental chair with Memory ?

Yes , the cost will be higher because the tool tray need to be changed to the memory system.

What is the maximum weight of this dental chair (V2 Model)

Yes, you can choose the other LED lamp to upgrade each model.

Can the V2 be fitted with a built-in Motor?

If use COXO mirco motor is OK.

Can a amalgamator be fitted to a dental chair?

No, amalgamator is used separately

Can I come to China for factory inspection?

Of course, you can come in person or hire a third-party organization to inspect our factory.

What is the highest and lowest point of the upper and lower seat ?

The maximum can rise to 77CM/The minimum can be reduced to 52cm (The measured distance is based on the distance from the highest point of the cushion to the ground.)

Can I request a water disinfection system for my dental chair?

Yes, it need extra charge to add the system.

How can I install the dental chair ?

We can offer installation video and user mannul document.

What about spare parts ?

We will send the spare parts in each shipment for backup.

Can you make the pole of the V2 Dental chair higher ?

YES, The pole can be changed to 10cm higher pole.

Can you change the PU leather to Mirco fiber leather ?

Yes, the total cost will be higher since the Mirco fiber cost is much more than PU leather

Can each model dental chair be equipped with emergency stop function?

Only those with memory can be equipped with emergency stop function.

What is the adjustment (maximum/minimum) of DTC-329 Dental Chair's Seat back ?

The factory usually sets the seat back at -5 degrees to 75 degrees. If it is not restored to the maximum scale (75 degrees), it can be restored to the factory Settings.

How to arrange Shipment?

After receving your 30% deposit, we will start the production soon. Usually it takes us around 10 work days only to finish one 20 GP contianer of dental chairs or compressor and takes around 15 work days to finish one 40’HQ container.

Delivery days for 20’GP container or 40’HQ container?

Usually in our quotation we give you the EXW price. It means that you need to take the consideration of shipment cost. We have our freight forwarder partner whom we cooperated with for many years. If you need, our forwarder can arrange the shipment for you.

What is Payment Term ?

TT payment, 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

Can I ask to put the floor box inside the dental chair ?

Yes, we can offer built-in floor box to save space. 

How about the warranty?

If having any problem within the warranty, you can send us the pictures or videos, we will send you the parts for free as the replacement within 7 working days.
